Our pieces are handcrafted from quality plated materials. Our jewellery is either Plated in 14k Gold, 925 Sterling Silver or Polished Rhodium and coated with a water resistant layer. The base metals used are either brass or copper depending on the product, to find out what metal is used for a specific piece please don't hesitate to send us a message. To keep your jewellery looking shiny and new we recommend avoiding contact to harsh chemicals like chlorine or moisturisers and soaps. Please note whilst our products are water resistant all gold and silver plated/filled products are not 100% waterproof and can tarnish over time if not cared for properly. We pride ourselves in creating jewellery from the best hand-picked materials and ask that you follow our care tips included in every order to prevent any tarnishing or discolouring.

All our products come with a 14 day warranty, and will only be replaced if faulty as they are custom made to order. Natural oxidation doesn't mean that the jewellery is damaged; it happens to all metals and is out of our control. During the warranty period, we will replace an item if we find that care was taken and that the plating process is at fault
