We know you are excited to get your Onlyy Simplicity, we are too! That is why we do our best to ensure the delivery is done as fast as possible to ensure you get your items fast.
Due to COVID-19 we are experiencing slightly longer delivery times. We are working hard to get each order out as quick as possible. For any inconvenience caused we apologise, this is something that will change in the near future.

Is delivery free?
Delivery is a flat rate of $8 per order in Australia or free express shipping for orders over $99

How long until I get my product?
We process all orders within 24 hours of purchase and dispatch within 3 working days, ensuring you get your jewellery as soon as possible. You will receive your jewellery usually within 2-14 business days of placing your order but occaionally australia post can take longer.Â
Delivery Issues
Delayed shipping is out of our control, to check the status of your parcel please use the tracking number provided and contact Australia Post with any concerns regarding delivery. If your tracking number states that your parcel has been delivered Onlyy Simplicity are not responsible for the replacement of your order, you will need to contact Australia Post to resolve it. Â If you are unable to locate your item via the tracking number provided please contact Australia Post so they can investigate further for you. If Australia Post is not successful in locating your parcel to complete delivery and do not return it back to sender, Onlyy Simplicity is not responsible for a replacement of the parcel or refund, you will need to escalate the issue with Australia Post.Â
