Refund policy
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 14 days. If you receive your item and it is faulty within the first 14 days, you are entitled to an exchange. A photo of the damaged product and order number must be provided to recieve the exchange.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
gift cards are non returnable and can not be exchanged for cash value.
Due to strict hygiene policies we do not offer returns under any circumstances. If the item is faulty we will replace the single item within 14 days of purchase.
Exchanges are not applicable if you have received your order and have changed your mind or purchased by mistake due to our items being made to order and our hygeine policies
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for allergic reactions or skin irritations. If you have any concerns or need more information about the metals used, please feel free to message us before purchasing
Refunds are only available if your product arrives broken or if it never arrives.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Prior to you returning your item, we will require you to contact us via the contact page with the subject line “Refund” - you can visit this page through our website by clicking on the “Contact” link in the header.
If your order is eligible for refund, we will require you to return your item to PO Box 780, Stanhope Gardens, NSW 2768. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a week, less the postage costs incurred by us for your item. Your postage costs will vary depending on where you are located.
If there is an issue with your order and we are unable to contact you, after 2 weeks we will do our best to make your order as close to possible to the requested customization ( for example if a name is written instead of a letter we will put the first letter of the name on the item instead). These items will not be refunded unless faulty.
If there is an issue with the address given and we are unable to contact you, after two weeks we will ship it to the closest address found if this is not possible we will hold on to your order for 3 months. If your order has been delivered to the incorrect address they will not be refunded. If your order has been held for 3 months you are entitled to a 50% refund, a full refund will not be given due to the costs of making and holding your order over that period of time.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via the contact form.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email via the contact form.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
